摘要
Abstract
In clinical,some symptoms often occurred in some patients after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI),such as chest and back pain,palpitation,shortness of breath,sense of suppression in the chest,dizziness,hyperhidrosis,fatigue and others. Those symptoms can be effectively alleviated by traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)discrimination treatment with the principle of benefiting Qi for acti-vating blood circulation and promoting Qi for removing blood stasis. In this paper,1 patient with pectoralgia after PCI treated with Xin-naotongmai Decoction was analyzed in order to explore the combination of TCM and Western medicine to relieve the discomfort and improve the quality of life in patients after PCI.关键词
