小儿气管炎颗粒指纹图谱的建立及其主要成分的含量测定
Establishment of Fingerprint and Main Content Determination of Xiaoerqiguanyan Granules

Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To built the method for establishment of fingerprint and main content ( amygdalin, tartarian aster) determination of Xiaoerqiguanyan granules. METHODS: The column was Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18 (4. 6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm), the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0. 1% phosphoric acid solution with gradient elution, the flow rate was 1 ml/min, and the detection wavelength was set at 207 nm with the column temperature of 30 ℃. The sample size was 10 μl with flow rate of 1 ml/min. Similarity Evaluation System for Chromatographic Fingerprint of Traditional Chinese Medicine(Version 2004A) published by GPC was adopt for the auto-processing. RESULTS:There were 20 common peaks in HPLC chromatograms, the similarity of 11 batches of Xiaoerqiguanyan granules were >0. 9. The content of amygdalin and tartarian aster in 3 batches of Xiaoerqiguanyan granules were respectively ( 18. 74 ± 0. 03) μg/g and ( 17. 58 ± 0. 04 ) μg/g. CONCLUSIONS: This method can be used for the quality control of Xiaoerqiguanyan granules.关键词
