Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To probe into the anesthetic effect of dezocine combined with propofol in painless induced abortion. METHODS: 90 patients who were prepared to painless artificial abortion admitted into Xiaogan Maternal and Child Health Hospital from Aug. 2016 to Feb. 2017 were selected and divided into observation group and control group via random number table, with 45 cases in each group. The control group was narcotized with remifentanil combined with propofol, while the observation group was given dezocine combined with propofol. The anesthetic effect, operation duration, dosage of propofol, recovery time of orientation, awaking time, 10 min postoperative pain score, post-anesthesia oxyhemoglobin saturation, and different times of systolic blood pressure ( SBP) , diastolic blood pressure ( DBP ) and heart rate, incidence of adverse drug reactions of two groups was observed. RESULTS: The total effective rate of anesthesia in the observation group was 95. 56％ ( 43/45 ) , significantly higher than that in the control group [ 82. 22％( 37/45 ) ]; the dosage of propofol, operation duration, recovery time of orientation, awaking time and the post-anesthesia oxyhemoglobin saturation of observation group was (95. 51 ± 6. 61 ) mg, ( 5. 51 ± 1. 41 ) min, ( 4. 62 ± 1. 21 ) min, ( 4. 51 ± 1. 61 ) min and ( 98. 51 ± 2. 61 )％, significantly better than those of the control group[(113. 39 ± 12. 57) mg,(7. 39 ± 2. 77) min,(6. 61 ± 2. 59) min, (7. 39 ± 2. 57) min and (93. 39 ± 1. 57)％], with statistically significant differences(P<0. 05). At 5 min after the operation started and 5 min post-operation, the DBP, SBP and heart rate of two groups were higher slightly than those before the operation, but the indicators of observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group, with statistically significant differences( P<0. 05 ) . The incidence of adverse drug reactions of observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, with statistically significant difference(P<0. 05). CONCLUSIONS:The anesthetic effect of dezocine combined with propofol in painless induced abortion is remarkable, which can maintain the stability of vital signs and help to relieve pain, the decrease of dosage of propofol can shorten the operation duration and postoperative recovery time, with higher safety.关键词
