Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To establish near infrared spectroscopy ( NIRS ) for rapid determination of the content of dextrin in honeysuckle-dextrin powder. METHODS: Dextrin powder and honeysuckle spray powder were fetched and mixed evenly in different proportions. Sample sets were divided with Kennard-Stone, partial least squares was adopted to establish the quantitative analysis model of the content of dextrin in the honeysuckle- dextrin powder. External verification test was used for the prediction of external specimen and verification of the methods. RESULTS:The root-mean-square error of cross validation, root-mean-square error of prediction set and model performance index of quantitative NIRS model of honeysuckle-dextrin powder were respectively 0. 6950%, 0. 5401% and 24. 75 . The predicted value of the content of dextrin in honeysuckle-dextrin powder was basically consistent with the actual value in the NIRS. CONCLUSIONS: The model established in this study can accurately predict the content of dextrin in the honeysuckle-dextrin powder, and provide references for the NIRS quantitative determination of other accessories.关键词
