2014—2016年常熟市4家重点医院口服抗高血压药应用分析

Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To investigate the application status of oral antihypertensive drugs in four key hospitals in changshu, so as to provide basis for the rational application and management of the drugs. METHODS: Statistically retrospective analysis was conducted on the application data of consumption sum, defined daily dose system( DDDs) and defined daily cost( DDC) , etc. RESULTS:The consumption sum of oral antihypertensive drugs were respectively 30. 3160, 32. 9777 and 33. 2536 million yuan, compared with 2014, the increasing rate in 2015 was 8. 78％;compared with 2015 , the increasing rate in 2016 was 0. 84％. The ratio of consumption sum of three years to the total consumption sum of western medicine was 3. 85％( 96. 5473 million yuan/2509. 2809 million yuan ); the ratio of consumption sum of three years to consumption sum of drugs for cardiovascular diseases was 46. 20％(96. 5473 million yuan/208. 9886 million yuan ) . The top two drugs ranked by consumption sum and DDDs were respectively angiotensinⅡreceptor blocking agents ( ARB ) and calcium-channel blockers ( CCB ) . The top three drugs ranked by consumption sum were respectively irbesartan, valsartan and amlodipine. The top three drugs ranked by DDDs were respectively amlodipine, irbesartan and levamlodipine. The annual increasing rate of consumption sum and DDDs were respectively 30. 89％ and 17. 17％. CONCLUSIONS: The application of oral antihypertensive drugs in four key hospitals is basically consistent with Guidelines for Prevention and Treatment of Hypertension in China(2010 Edition) , in accordance with the current antihypertensive medication rule and the trend of drug application.关键词
