Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To investigate the application of Letrozole tablets in outpatient of Guangzhou Chang' an Hospital ( hereinafter referred to as"this hospital") , and provide references for rational drug application. METHODS:797 outpatient prescriptions applied Letrozole tablets in this hospital from Aug. 2015 to Apr. 2016 were abstracted to collect and analyze the application of Letrozole tablets, so as to assess its rationality. RESULTS:All patients involved in the 797 prescriptions were women of childbearing age, with an average age of 29. 87 (18-48 years old), patients aged 23-<38 accounted the most ( 667 cases, 83. 69％); a total of 15 clinical diagnoses were involved in the 797 prescriptions applied Letrozole tablets, mostly was infertility;the usage and dosage of Letrozole tablets were 2. 5-5. 0 mg once a day, with the treatment course of 5 days, 571 cases received 1 treatment course, 225 cases received 2 courses and 1 case received 3 courses; 83 prescriptions were single medication with Letrozole tablets, the other 714 prescriptions were combined medication; the top 10 drugs ranked in the frequency of combined medication with Letrozole tablets were respectively Vitamin E soft capsules, Zishen Yutai pills, Tiaojing Cuyun pills, mycobacterium vaccae for injection, Estradiol valerate tablets, Folic acid tablets, recombinant human growth hormone for injection, Aspirin enteric-coated tablet, menotrophin for injection and Dexamethasone tablets. CONCLUSIONS: The application of Letrozole tablets in outpatient of this hospital is basically rational, however, the clinical diagnosis writing needs to be improved, and the safety of Letrozole tablets also needs concern.关键词
