Abstract
Objective To observe the application of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the pain of hip fracture and its influence on the timing of operation. Methods Eighty patients with hip pain were randomly divided into control group (n=40) and observation group (n=40). The control group was treat-ed with analgesics, the observation group was treated with combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine. The treatment effects and operation opportunity of two groups were compared. Results There was no significant difference in VAS score between the two groups at admission (P>0.05). The VAS scores of observation group at 2 h, 4 h and preoperation were 4.21 ± 0.94, 2.15 ± 0.75, and 0.93 ± 0.53, respectively. The VAS scores in the control group were 5.39 ± 1.15, 3.91 ± 1.04, and 1.29±0.63 at 2 h, 4 h and preoperation. The rates of emergency operation in two groups had no significantly difference. The SDS and SAS scores in observation group after treatment were 34.12 ± 2.03 and 36.01 ± 1.99, which were significantly lower than those in control group (34.24±2.31 and 40.93±2.03, respectively). The opera-tive rate was 52.50% in the observation group after 1 day of admission, which was more higher than that in the control group (37.5%, P<0.05). The operative rates of the observation group on day 3, day 7 and after 7 days of admission were 12.50%, 7.50%and 2.50%, respectively. which were significantly lower than those in the con-trol group (P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine on pain of hip fraction is ideal, and the treatment will not affect operation opportunity.关键词
