Abstract
Objective To clarify the causation of exacerbation of allergic bronchopulmonary asper-gillosis ( ABPA) patients with long-term corticosteroid. Methods ABPA patients with long-term follow up was collected, whose diagnosis was confirmed on the basis of data of long-term follow up. Results The diagnosis of pulmonary infection was confirmed for the ABPA patients who exacerbated during cortico-steroid and antifungal therapy. Patients' condition was controlled after anti-infection therapy. Conclusion Concomitant infection should be attentive during treatment of ABPA to avoid clinical misdiagnosis and mi-stherapy.关键词
