摘要
Abstract
IgG4-related disease ( IgG4-RD ) is an inflammatory condition characterized by intense lymphoplasmacytic infiltrates with increased IgG4-positive plasma cells. Recently, more and more studies reported the cases of co-occurrence of IgG4-RD and malignancy, which mainly included malignant lym-phoma developed on the background of IgG4-associated conditions and non-lymphoid tumor in patients with IgG4-RD. Several studies suggested that the patients with IgG4-RD are at high risk for cancer devel-opment. IgG4-RDs in different lesions predispose patients to specific tumors in these issues. Furthermore, malignancy may be associated with the subsequent development of IgG4-RD. The biological characteristics and functions of IgG4 and the immunological environment created by IgG4-RD are potential explanations for the co-occurrence of malignancy and IgG4-RD.关键词
