International Experiences and Inspirations of Improvement of Organizational Resilience
摘要
Abstract
As the philosophy of disaster risk management in the new era,organizational resilience has been a main focus of organization management research abroad,while about which there are few domestic studies.Through the combing and summary of relevant foreign research achievements,this article firstly introduces the conception,indicators and the path of ascension of organizational resilience.It discusses the relationship of organizational resilience and risk management from the organizational and urban aspects.Then the successful practice in foreign countries and summary of experiences are addressed.Finally it puts forward some suggestions for the research and practice of organizational resilience which include:improving resilience awareness and sense of responsibility of organizations by means of legislation and policies,encouraging collaboration and experience exchange among organizations,guiding social enterprises to participate in risk management and improvement of organizational resilience,and positively carrying out the relevant domestic research.关键词
