基于县级分辨率的福建省台风灾害风险评估
Risk Assessment of Typhoon Disasters in Fujian Province of Each County
摘要
Abstract
In order to assess the risk assessment of typhoon disasters in Fujian province of each county,this study used the typhoon daily precipitation,the typhoon wind data and the county level of disaster data,the society economic and population data to canonical correlation analysis for calculating the intensity index of typhoon hazard factors.And this study used population data to calculate the population vulnerability index in Fujian province of each county.Finally,combined with the hazard factors index and vulnerability index to get the typhoon disaster risk index of each county,and used the index to divide risk of each county.The five risk zones of Fujian were mapped,i.e.higher risk,sub-high risk,medium risk,inferior risk and lower risk.Results show that the typhoon disasters disaster risk in Fujian has an decreasing tendency from eastern district to western district.The Fuding County and Zherong County of Ningde,Putian City,Pingtan City,the Pinghe County and Zhao'an County of Zhangzhou,has higher risk.Sub-high risk areas including Fuzhou City,Quanzhou City,and so on.The northwest of Fujian mainly has inferior and lower risk.关键词
