太子参新品种“施太1号”药材品质比较研究
Comparative Study on Medicinal Quality of Pseudostellaria heterophylla New Variety "Shitai No.1"

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the medicinal qualities of Pseudostellaria Heterophylla new variety" Shitai No.1",in order to provide guidance for the popularization and application of new variety.Methods:The root yield,commodity character,extract content,polysaccharide content,pseudostellarin B content and amino acid content of 120 germplasms of Pseudostellaria Heterophylla from three varieties (strains) including breeding variety" Shitai No.1 ",control variety" Qian taizishen No.1" and control strain" SB-C",and four planting areas were measured.The data were analyzed by SPSS 17.0 software with multiple comparison and correlation analysis.Results:Compared with two control varieties(strains),the plant medicinal materials weight,weight of single root,middle-upper part of diameter,polysaccharide content of "Shitai No.1" were significantly higher.The single plant stern tubers of 50 g were lower than control varieties (strains),and the medicinal materials commercial grade were better than control varieties (strains).Ⅰ and Ⅱ grade proportions accounted for 57% of the total grade.There was no difference in pseudostellarin B content with "SB-C",but significantly higher than "Qian taizishen No.1".There was no difference in extract content with control varieties(strains),but the amino acid content was lower.The appearance characters had certain correlation with inner quality.Conclusion:The root yield,commodity grade,polysaccharide content,pseudostellarin B content of "Shitai No.1" are better than control varieties (strains).It is worth promoting and producing in the appropriate ecological areas of Guizhou province.关键词
