摘要

Abstract

Objective:To investigate the chemical constituents of ethyl acetate extract from the seeds of Hydnocarpus anthelmintica.Methods:The chemical constituents were isolated and purified by silica gel,Sephadex LH-20 and other methods,their structures were determined by physicochemical properties and spectroscopic analysis.Results:Thirteen compounds were isolated and identified as 1-acetoxy-4-ethoxy-benzene (1),hydnocarpin (2),luteolin (3),chrysoeriol (4),5-hydroxyindole-3-aldehyde (5),isohydnocarpin(6),trans-coniferyl aldehyde(7),p-hydroxylbenzaldehyde(8),3-hydroxy-4-methoxybenzoic acid(9),syringic acid(10),sinapic aldehyde (11),trans-p-hydroxycinnamic acid (12),2,6-dimethoxy-1,4-benzoquinone (13).Conclusion:Compounds 1,9,11 are isolated from the Hydnocarpus genus for the first time,compounds 1,7,9 ~ 13 are isolated from this plant for the first time,and the 1H-NMR and 13C-NMR data of compound 1 is assigned for the first time.
