摘要

Abstract

Objective:To investigate the polar constituents from the herb of Tibetan Tinospora sinensis.Methods:The compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel,semi-preparative HPLC,Sephadex LH-20 and recrystallization methods.Their structures were identified on the basis of spectral analysis and comparison of their spectral date with those in the literature.Results:Twelve compounds were isolated and identified respectively as tinosineside A(1),tinosineside B(2),Cyclo (D-Tyr-D-Tyr)(3),trans-syringin (4),tinoscorside D (5),turpinionoside A (6),3,4-dimethoxyphenyl-O-β-D-apiofuranosyl-(1 →6)-β-D-glucopyranoside (7),3,4,5-trimethoxyphenyl-O-β-D-apiofuranosyl-(1 →6)-β-D-glucopyranoside (8),lcariside F 2 (9),cis-syringin (10),corchoionoside C (11) and pinoresinol(12).Conclusion:Compounds 3,6 ~ 1 1 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
