摘要

Abstract

[Objective] To study the effects of submerged macrophytes on the density of cyanobacteria and water quality.[Method] On the basis of field test and data analysis of ecological restoration zone of Gonghu Bay,the scale model was established in Gonghu Bay,the submerged macrophytes community absorptive on cyanobacteria and the purification effect on water quality and purification time were we studied,and the physiological responses of submerged macrophytes under abiotic stress were studied at the same time.[Result] The results showed that the submerged macrophytes communities can absorptive high density of cyanobacteria in 15 days,and purified water from Ⅴ to class Ⅱ;different submerged macrophytes enzyme act difference in abiotic stress,POD activity was higher than activity of SOD and CAT.[Conclusion]The study can provide a scientific basis for ecological restoration of Gonghu Bay.
