摘要

Abstract

To explore the relationship between the aggregate structure of active layers and the power conversion efficiency (PCE) of organic solar cells (OSCs),serials of poly (3-hexylthiophene) (P3HT) nanoparticles (NPs) with uniform size,good dispersity and ordered molecular packing were prepared via adding poor solvent of acetone or n-hexane into P3HT chloroform solution with different dropping times.Atomic force microscope (AFM),ultraviolet-visible (UV-Vis) absorption spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction were used to characterize the size,morphology and crystallinity of P3HT NPs.Blending P3HT NPs with [6,6]-phenyl-C61-butyric acid methyl ester (PCBM) as active layer,we fabricated serials of bulk-heterojunction OSCs and found that the devices based on P3HT NPs with similar size but ordered structure along π-π stacking direction showed better performance.
