静电纺丝制备聚己内酯/壳聚糖复合纤维膜

Abstract
Polycaprolactone (PCL)/Chitosan (CS) composite fiber was prepared by electrospinning.The influences of material formulation,electrospinning voltage and collection distance on the morphology of PCL/ CS composite fiber were studied by scanning electron microscop(SEM).The hydrophilicity of composite fiber membrane was also investigated through contact angle test.The results showed that the forming ability of PCL/CS mixture solution was enhanced with the addition of CS.With increasing electrospinning voltage and decreasing collection distance,the average diameter of PCL/CS compsite fibers decreases and its distribution uniformity increases.Moreover,the hydrophilicity of PCL/CS composite fiber was obviously improved compared with PCL fiber,and it has potential application in tissue engineering field.关键词
