摘要

Abstract

ZnO-TiO2 nanocrystalline composite has been prepared by the NAC-FAS process,with Zn (Ac)2· 2H2O、NaOH and TiOSO4 as the starting materials.The structure and morphology of the ZnO-TiO2 nanomaterial were examined by X-ray diffraction and transmission electron microscope.The effect of adding sequence on the nano-structure of this material was discussed.The results indicated that spherical nanocrystalline ZnO-TiO2 with average size of 15nm can be synthesized by the advanced NAC-FAS process in which TiO2 was first prepared.ZnO-TiO2 can not be prepared by adding all reaction solution with NAC-FAS process,only single crystal phase or amorphous was obtained.
