基于LS-DYNA的某座椅鞭打性能分析和优化
Analysis and Optimization of Seat in Whiplash Test Based on LS-DYNA
摘要
Abstract
According to the C-NCAP(2015) whiplash test assessment rules and scoring criteria,using the BioRID Ⅱ dummy model,this paper studies the neck injury of the driver in a particular seat whiplash test.Based on the dynamic nonlinear explicit finite element method,the dynamic analysis software LS-Dyna is used for the simulation.According to the requirement of C-NCAP,the finite element model is established,and the simulation and optimization of the whip test are realized.The research results show that the change of the headrest structure,which could reduce both horizontal and vertical distances between the head and headrest,can significantly reduce the severity of neck injury in the test,to achieve the effective optimization of the seat.关键词
