Abstract
A lumped parameter model of passenger vehicle in third gear was established in which some factors such as nonlinear stiffness of clutch,the backlash and time-varying meshing stiffness of gear pairs were considered.The model was verified by comparing rotate speed signals of experiments and united simulation by LMS virtual.lab and Matlab/Simulink under tip-in/out operating condition in third gear.Simulation research results indicated that the clutch torsional vibration damper with the lower stiffness can improve transient performance of transmission system obviously.Equipping model with dual mass flywheel and the simulation results demonstrated the tip-in/out transient rotate speed fluctuation amplitude of flywheel and input shaft decreased by 14 and 38 r/min respectively and the impact of input shaft transient speed curve were eliminated almost completely.关键词
