Study on Numerical Simulation of Draw Forming Process for A-Pillar Reinforced Panel
摘要
Abstract
The drawing process of A-pillar inner panel upper reinforced panel are simulated and analyzed by AutoForm software.The forming limit diagram and thinning diagram are obtained after drawing.Cracking and wrinkling present serious obstacles of the parts.The structure is optimized to control the thinning rate of parts.The process parameters are optimized through the orthogonal experiment to obtain better performance.关键词
