Ultra High Strength Steel Hot Stamping Research Rules upon the Impact on the Performance of the Product Under Different Molding Curved Bottom Trough Speed
摘要
Abstract
With curved bottom groove type as the research object,Abaqus was used to simulate the parts in two different stamping speed on the pressure of hot forming process;Two kinds of pressure can be determined through physical experiment on the performance of the forming parts;this paper has comparing analysis of the two kinds of pressure on the temperature fields of the blank,hot stamping parts stamping performance and the strength to the hot stamping dies.The result shows that the faster of hot stamping speed is,the less the heat decreases and the smaller the forming impact force is,and the higher the parts of martensite content is,and the higher the strength and hardness of the parts is.关键词
