老年住院患者衰弱指数与血清25羟维生素D关系的研究
Correlation between frailty index and serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D in hospitalized elderly patients

Abstract
Objective To study the correlation between frailty index and serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D(25(OH)D) in hospitalized elderly patients.Methods 100 elderly patients were enrolled in this study.Frailty index was calculated based on Comprehensive Geriatric Assessment (FI-CGA) and venous blood samples were obtained to determine serum 25(OH)D levels by ELISA.These patients were divided into a serious vitamin D deficiency group,a vitamin D deficiency group,a vitamin D insufficiency group,and a vitamin D sufficient group according to the levels of serum 25(OH)D.Results The median (interquartile range) for FI-CGA was 0.172 (0.096-0.216).The FI-CGA was significantly higher in the serious vitamin D deficiency group [0.234 (0.133-0.367)] than in the vitamin D deficiency group [0.154 (0.103-0.196)],the vitamin D insufficiency group [0.107 (0.085-0.155)],and the vitamin D sufficient group [0.071 (0.066-0.073)].Spearman analysis showed that there was a negative correlation between FI-CGA and 25(OH)D(r=-0.499,P ＜ 0.001).Ordinal Logistic regression analysis indicated that serum 25(OH)D level was an independent protective factor for FI-CGA (P ＜ 0.001).Conclusion Frailty relates to vitamin D,age,and sex.Therefore,it is necessary to pay attention in screening the frailty in aged and female patients.And the supplementation of vitamin D may be an effective way for the prevention and treatment of frailty.关键词
