毛织产业人员尘螨所致变应性鼻炎舌下免疫治疗的疗效分析
Effect of sublingual immunotherapy on allergic rhinitis caused by dust mite in worker of wool industry

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effects of sublingual immunotherapy for allergic rhinitis (AR) caused by dust mite in worker in and not in wool industry.Methods 300 patients with AR caused by dust mite positive (++) in skin prick test and treated at our hospital were collected and were divided into an observation group and a control group,150 for each group.The 150 case of the observation group were wool industry workers and the control group were not.Both group took sublingual immunotherapy.0.5,the symptom score,physical score,VAS score,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups were analyzed.Results The symptom score,physical score,and VAS score were lower 0.5 year after than before the treatment in both groups (P ＜ 0.05).1.0,1.5,and 2.0 years after the treatment,the symptom score,physical score,and VAS score were higher in the obserbation group than in the control group,with statistical differences (P ＜ 0.05).The total efficacy was 64.00％ in the observation group and 76.00％ in the control group,with a statistical difference (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions The curative effect on the AR worker of non-woven industry is better than that on the AR worker of wool textile industry.The differences are mainly caused by environmental factors.＞anagement departments must pay attention to this special group and make corresponding policies for the prevention and control of dust mite infection in allergic diseases.关键词
