Abstract
Objective To explore the influencing factors and quality improvement of mobile nursing information system in nursing management.Methods 210 nurses at the departments using mobile nursing information system at our hospital from September,2015 were selected as study objects.The influencing factors,problems,and quality improvement methods of mobile nursing information system were analyzed by questionnaire.Results The mobile nursing information system used facilities,wireless local area network,and personal factors.After the nurses used EDA,the scores of health education (93.48 ± 2.23),medical advice execution (94.29 ± 4.34),clinical medicine (94.28 ± 4.33),etc.increased in different degree and there were statistical differences in the satisfaction level between the nurses with different professional titles and between the nurses applying EDA for different times (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions The application of mobile nursing information system has important significance in improving nursing quality,but there are many problems and defects,so it needs to be improved in clinical application.Introducing and applying mobile nursing information system under the premise of recognizing and preventing many factors,continuous quality improvement is helpful to promote the automation of hospital nursing office and further improve the nursing staff's efficiency.关键词
