摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the occurrence of postoperative complications of video-assisted thoracoscopic mini incision in the treatment of lung cancer.Methods 158 patients with lung cancer who were treated in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group was treated with routine thoracotomy,while the observation group was treated with video-assisted thoracoscopic small incision.The number of complications and the severity of the complications were analyzed.Results The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (50.63％ vs.69.62％,P＜0.05),there was statistically significant difference in the location of complications between the two groups (P＜0.05).Conclusion The incidence of postoperative complications of video-assisted thoracoscopic mini incision is significantly lower than that of thoracotomy,and the severity of complications is relatively mild,which is safe.关键词
