Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Shenmai injection in the treatment of patients with septic shock and its effect on cellular immune function. Methods 82 cases of patients with septic shock were randomly divided into experimental group (n=41) and control group (n=41).The control group was given western medical therapy, and the experimental group was treated with Shenmai injection on the basis of the treatment in the control group. Both groups were treated for 7 d.Made a comparison of clinical efficacy, changes of blood lactate, proealcitonin(PCT),and cellar immune function before and 7 d after treatment in both groups. Results The improvement rate in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group (70.73% vs.46.34%),with statistically significant difference (P<0.05).After treatment, blood lactate concentration and PCT were significantly lower than those before treatment, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05);blood lactate concentration and PCT after treatment in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in the levels of CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+ before and after treatment in the control group (P>0.05);compared with before treatment, the levels of CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+ in the experimental group after treatment significantly increased, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05);the levels of CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+ after treatment in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05).Conclusion Shenmai injection in the treatment of patients with septic shock has striking clinical effect, which can improve cellular immune function of patients obviously.关键词
