灯盏花-大黄配伍的提取工艺优化研究
Optimization and scaled-up production of extraction process in compatibility of Erigeron breviscapus with Rheum

Abstract
Objective To optimize the extraction process and scaled-up production of compatibility of Erigeron breviscapus with Rheum and provide support for the preparation of Erigeron breviscapus-Rheum capsule. Methods The single-factor experiments coupled with orthogonal test were used to evaluate the effects of ethanol concentration, reflux time and extraction times on the contents of breviscapine, emodin and chrysophanol. The optimal extraction process was applied for scaled-up production. Results The optimal process conditions were as follows, extracted with 60% ethanol for 30 min of refluxing time, and only once extraction. And the ethanol concentration had significant influence on the extraction of Erigeron breviscapus-Rheum. The content of the extract was stable in the 3 batches of scaled-up production samples, which had no significant difference between lab batch and scaled-up samples. Conclusions The optimized extraction process was stable and practical, which was suitable for the scaled-up production, and it provided a foundation for the preparation of Erigeron breviscapus-Rheum capsule.关键词
