Abstract
Objective:To study the characteristics of the magnetic resonance diffusion tensor imaging (DTI) in rats with acute alcoholism with diffuse axonal injury (DAI),the pathological and immunohistochemical detection of aquaporin 4 (AQP4) in rats.Methods:Total 60 SD rats were randomly divided into the control group,acute alcoholism group,DAI group and acute alcoholism with DAI group.After the generation of the model,MRI were examined in each group at 1 h,3 h,6 h,12 h,24 h after injury,pathologic examination and AQP4 immunohistochemistry detection were performed immediately after sampling.Results:ADC value in the brain stem in the acute alcoholism combined with DAI group decreased at the beginning of 3 h after injury,and reached a low point at 6 h,lower than that in the DAI group (P＜0.05),thereafter gradually increased,and reached the highest at 24 h,higher than that in the DAI group (P＜0.05).The opposite sex FA value was decreased continuously,and the FA value in the acute alcoholism with DAI group was lower than that in the DAI group at each time point (P＜0.05).The AQP4 expression of brain stem in the DAI group began to rise at 1 h after injury,gradually increased,and reached the peak at 24 h,but still higher than that in the control group (P＜0.05).The AQP4 expression in the acute alcoholism with DAI group at each time point was significantly different from that in the DAI group,and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion:AQP4 expression changes with time after DAI in rats.Acute alcohol intoxication can aggravate brain edema and axonal injury after DAI.关键词
