侵袭性牙周炎伴错牙合畸形患者牙周-正畸联合治疗前、后牙周状况评价
Periodontal status evaluation of combined periodontal-orthodontic treatment in patients with aggressive periodontitis and malocclusion

Abstract
Objective:To observe and evaluate the periodontal status of patients with aggressive periodontitis (AgP) and malocclusion before and after periodontal-orthodontic treatment.Methods:12 cases of AgP with malocclusion were included.Plaque index (PLI),pocket depth (PD),bleeding on probing (BOP) rate,clinical attachment level (CAL),the distance between top of the papilla and incisal edge (PID),and the rate of lamina dura formation were observed and compared before and after combined periodontal-orthodontic treatment.Results:PLI,PD,and the rates of BOP and PD≥5 mm before orthodontics (P1),at 6 months of orthodontic treatment (P2),at the end of orthodontic treatment (P3) and 6 months after orthodontic treatment (P4) were decreased,compared with early diagnosis (P0) (P＜ 0.01).The rate of lamina dura formation at P0,P 1 and P3 was notably higher than that at P4 (P＜0.01).There was no significant difference in CAL and PID before and after treatment (P＞ 0.05).Conclusion:Orthodontic treatment could correct malocclusion in patients with AgP and malocclusion under strict periodontal monitoring.It could not cause damage to periodontal tissue and aggravate periodontal inflammation,and was safe and feasible.关键词
