术中保温干预对全髋关节置换术围手术期失血量的影响
Effect of intraoperative warming intervention on perioperative blood loss volume in patients who underwent total hip arthroplasty

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of intraoperative warming intervention on perioperative blood loss volume in patients who underwent total hip arthroplasty.Methods:60 patients who have undergone total hip arthroplasty in our hospital from January 2009 to January 2015 were selected,and divided into a research group and a control group according to whether received intraoperative warming intervention,with 30 cases in each group.The patients in the research group were given room temperature control,electric blanket,insulation liquid input etc.to ensure the body temperature over 36 C,while those in the control group did not received special treatment.Intraoperative blood loss,postoperative drainage volume,blood transfusion rate,postoperative extubation time,average hospital days and the hemoglobin (Hb)level before and after treatment were compared.Results:Compared with the control group,the blood loss volume,drainage volume and blood transfusion rate were decreased,the extubation time and average hospital days were notably shorter (P＜ 0.05).No significant difference was found in Hb level between the two groups before treatment (P＞ 0.05),and the Hb level was higher in the research group than that in the control group after treatment(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Warming interventions during total hip arthroplasty could effectively maintain patients' temperature,reduce blood loss and blood transfusion requirement,and promote recovery.关键词
