Abstract
Objective:To analyze the influence on plasma inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS),interleukin-1β (IL-1β) and tumor necrosis factor-αr (TNF-α) levels in premature infants with periventricular leukomalacia (PVL).Methods:The clinical data of 50 premature infants with PVL in our hospital from July 2013 to July 2016 were retrospectively analyzed.The infants were divided into two groups:the control group (23 cases)in which the infants received routine treatment and rehabilitation training with addition of cerebrolysin,and the study group in which the infants treated as the control group with addition of GM-1.The response rate and plasma iNOS,IL-1β and TNF-α concentrations were compared.Results:The response rate of study group was significantly higher than that of control group (P< 0.05).After treatment,plasma iNOS,IL-1β and TNF-α concentrations of study group were significantly lower than those of control group (P<0.05).Conclusions:The mechanism of GM-1 in treatment of premature infants with PVL might be related to inhibiting the release of inflammatory cytokines,reducing iNOS activity and the neurotoxicity of NO.关键词
