Abstract
Objective:To explore the the correlation of serum miR-193a-3p and CA19-9 levels and clinicopathological characteristics and prognostic of patients with colorectal cancer.Methods:216 patients with colorectal cancer underwent radical resection in our hospital from January 2010 to June 2012 were selected as a study group.50 healthy subjects were enrolled as a control group.The expression levels of miR-193a-3p and CA19-9 in serum were respectively detected by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR (qPCR)and enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA),and the relationship with clinicopathological features and prognosis of patients was analyzed.Results:Compared with the control group,the miR-193a-3p expression level was decreased,and the CA19-9 level was increased in the study group (P＜ 0.05).The patients with lower expression level of miR-193a-3p and positive expression of CA 19-9 before surgery were more likely to have lymph node metastasis and vascular infiltration,and lower differentiation of tumor,and higher TNM stage (P＜0.05).The recurrence rate in patients with low-expression of miR-193a-3p and positive expression of CA19-9 was higher than those with high-expression of miR-193a-3p and negative expression of CA19-9 (P＜0.05).5-year survival rate in patients with low-expression of miR-193a-3p and positive expression of CA19-9 was lower than those with high-expression of miR-193a-3p and negative expression of CA19-9 (P＜0.05).Conclusion:Patients with colorectal cancer had lower expression level of miR-193a-3p and higher serum level of CA19-9.The expressions of miR-193a-3p and CA19-9 were closely related to differentiation of tumor,TNM stage and lymph node metastasis,and were valuable for predicting the prognosis of patients.关键词
