Abstract
Based on finite volume method,three dimensional airflow-temperature rise simulation of 10 kV KYN-28A High-voltage switchgear is analyzed to assist the design and optimization of high voltage switchgear,reduce the test times and shorten the product development cycle.Through the establishment of 3D 10 kV High-voltage switchgear model,mesh and calculation of heating power,the temperature of components in switchgear and air distribution inside are calculated,using the finite volume method.The calculation results show that the flow velocity of the upper and lower static contact box is obviously different under the forced air cooling condition,and the temperature of the upper isolated contacts are higher than the lower part.The upper isolated contacts are the main heating position.Temperature rise test is carried out and the computational results are basically consistent with experiment.关键词
