记忆合金弹簧在断路器梅花触头中的应用试验研究
Experiment Research for Application of Memory Alloy Spring on Circuit Breaker Clubs Contactor
摘要
Abstract
As circuit breaker operates in a long-term state,the clubs contacts will be loosening.As a result,the contact resistance has been increased as well as the heating of the contact,which will lead to serious security problem.Memory alloy is a new material whose shape can be changed with the temperature The clubs contacts are able to decrease resistance and contact heating with memory alloy spring.A comparative test on the tension of springs under different temperature between normal spring and memory alloy spring has been conducted.Also,the heavy current temperature rise experi ment on the clubs contacts which used normal spring and memory alloy spring has been conducted.The test results show that the memory alloy springs can reduce the contact resistance and heating effectively.Therefore,the memory alloy spring may have a broad application prospects in the future.关键词
