摘要

Abstract

Spring actuator is a very important component of CT14 high-voltage circuit breaker,their functions greatly affect the performances of circuit breakers.A finite element model of spring actuator was developed by HyperMesh according to the 3D-model and structure dimensions of CT 14 high-voltage circuit breaker.Based on the nonlinear impact between the cam and the roller and the system characteristics such as large displacement,large rotation and large deformation in the process of operation,the LS-DYNA is used as the tool for stress calculation and simulation.The simulation results such as the stress distribution of the spring actuator under the impact load of spring and the dynamic changes of the stress of each component during the operation are obtained.The effects of stress distribution and its dynamic changes on the circuit breaker are analyzed.These conclusions provide important reference for the optimization design as well as monitoring and maintenance of this type of high-voltage circuit breakers.
