摘要

Abstract

Aiming to an accident of 220 kV circuit breaker in a substation,this paper analyzes the possible causes based on the action of relay protection equipment,on-site inspection test,preliminary judgment of the cause of the fault is hydraulic mechanism action delay.The operating characteristic model of the hydraulic mechanism of circuit breaker is built by using AMEsim software.The response characteristics of the control valve at the opening of the hydraulic mechanism are calculated and the relationship between the valve seat size and the outlet pressure is analyzed.According to the disassembly inspection status of the valve body of the hydraulic mechanism,it is presumed that the cause of the delay accident is defect in the manufacturing process of the hydraulic valve.The fault interrupter same model,same batch valve technology is replaced two-stage valve.
