摘要

Abstract

After treated by microwave irradiation (MW),ultraviolet radiation (UV) and MW + UV respectively,spore suspension of teicoplanin producing strain Actinoplanes teichomyceticus AT-92 was spreaded on the regenerating plate containing lethal concentration of teicoplanin.Teicoplanin-resistant mutants were picked out and screened by shake flask fermentation.And then a high-yield mutant strain AT 92-52-37 was obtained with genetic stability.As a result,the teicoplanin production capacity of this high-yield mutant was 5 times higher than that of the original strain.
