产细菌素的细菌筛选鉴定及其产物抑菌性能研究
Screening and identification of bacteriocin-producing bacteria and antibacterial analysis of its product
摘要
Abstract
The bacteriocin-producing Bacillus strain XDF-2 was isolated from a water improving preparation.According to its physiological and biochemical analysis and molecular biology assay,it was identified as Bacillus pumilus.It was found that the produced bacteriocin was affected by the fermentation time and cultivation conditions.The results showed that the bacteriocin had antibacterial activity against Staphylococcus aureus and Micrococcus luteus.It remained active after incubation at different pH conditions,below 100 ℃,in the presence of a surfactant and an organic solvent.After enzymolysis test,it was presumed that the bacteriocin had the structure of polypeptide and carboxyl ester.关键词
