摘要

Abstract

In order to rapidly determine the total number of colonies in cosmetics,the ATP bioluminescence method and its principle were introduced in this paper.Based on ATP bioluminescence,a rapid determination method for the total viable count was established and then this method was applied to the experiments of CTFA (Cosmetic Toiletry and Fragrance Association).Compared with the colony counting method,the results showed that this new method could be applied to the rapid test of the total number of colonies in cosmetic samples.
