摘要
Abstract
Nitric oxide (NO) is a gaseous signal molecule with functions of adjusting vascular tension,inducing apoptosis of tumor cell and reducing botanic maturity.The latest researches demonstrate that NO can protect bacterial cells by limiting the intake of antibiotics,whereas,NO also can kill bacteria at high concentration.NO affects the bacterial biofilms formation mainly in three ways:two-component systems,c-di-GMP and quorum sensing.However,different bacteria exhibits different NO effects.In this paper the molecular functions of NO on the bacterial resistance mechanisms and biofilms formation were mainly introduced,and new directions for the development of NO research were also prospected.关键词
