康柏西普玻璃体内注射联合眼底激光治疗对糖尿病性黄斑水肿患者视力及黄斑中心厚度的影响
Effects of Conbercept Intravitreal Injection Combined with Eyeground Laser on Eyesight and Foveomacular Thickness in Treatment of Patients with Diabetic Macular Edema

Abstract
Objective To investigate effects of Conbercept intravitreal injection combined with eyeground laser on the best corrected visual acuity ( BCVA) and central macular thickness ( CMT) in treatment of patients with diabetic macular edema (DME). Methods A total of 50 patients (50 eyes) admitted during February 2012 and February 2015 were divided into control group and observation group ( n=25 for each group) . Control group was treated with eyeground laser, while observation group was added with Conbercept intravitreal injection on the basis of treatment for control group. In two groups, condition of BCVA, CMT, choroidal neovascularization ( CNV) area and intraocular pressure ( IOP) were observed after treatment for 1, 2 and 3 months, and incidence rates of adverse events during treatment were recorded. Results After treatment, the BCVA and CMT levels were significantly increased, while CMT levels were significantly decreased compared with those before treatment in two groups, and CNV and IOP values in observation group were signifi-cantly lower than those in control group, and the improvement conditions in observation group were significantly better than those in control group (P<0. 05, P<0. 01). There was no severe adverse event in two groups. Conclusion Con-bercept intravitreal injection combined with eyeground laser has significant effect and good safety in treatment of patients with diabetic macular edema.关键词
