抗血小板药物服用史对急性缺血性卒中患者静脉溶栓治疗效果的影响OACSTPCD
Effect of Antiplatelet Drug History on Efficacy of Intravenous Thrombolysis in Treatment of Patients with Acute Ischemic Stroke
目的 探讨发病前24 h服用抗血小板药物对急性缺血性卒中患者静脉溶栓治疗近期疗效及远期预后的影响.方法 选取陕西省第四人民医院2014年11月—2016年10月收治的接受阿替普酶静脉溶栓的急性缺血性卒中282例,根据患者发病前24 h有无服用抗血小板药物分为观察组(使用抗血小板药物)及对照组(未使用抗血小板药物).观察2组近期疗效、远期预后及安全性.结果 观察组静脉溶栓治疗后近期疗效优于对照组(P<0.05).2组远期疗效及病死率比较差异无…查看全部>>
