剖宫产术后右美托咪定复合吗啡硬膜外给药的镇痛效果与安全性研究
Effect and Safety of Dexmedetomidine Combined with Morphine in Epidural Analgesia after Cesarean Section

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect and safety of dexmedetomidine combined with morphine epidural analgesia after cesarean section. Methods:From January 2014 to September 2015,60 ca-ses with cesarean section were randomly divided into 2 groups,each with 30 cases. After cesarean section,the control group was injected with morphine 1 mg by epidural tube,and the patients in the study group were in-jected with morphine 1 mg+and 1 g/kg by dexmedetomidine. The postoperative analgesia and sedative effect of the two groups were observed and compared. The changes of MAP fluctuation, SpO2, heart rate, nausea and vomiting,urinary retention,pruritus and chills in the two groups were compared. Results:The analgesic and sedative effects of the two groups were evaluated. After surgery 2h, 4h, 8h, 24h the pain classification and Ramsay score at all stages of improvement of the study group were better than the control group ( P < 0.05),the difference was statistically significant. There were 2 cases of nausea and vomiting,1 case of urinary reten-tion,2 cases of skin pruritus and 1 case of shivering,and the incidence of adverse reactions was 20% in the study group. The study group was obviously better than the control group ( P < 0.05),the difference was sta-tistically significant( P<0.05) . Conclusion: After the cesarean section analgesia, the combination of dexme-detomidine can achieve satisfactory analgesic and sedative effect, and the rate of adverse reactions is low,which provides a good clinical basis for the rational use of drugs in women.关键词
