微弹簧圈对脑动脉瘤的疗效及对日常生活能力的影响
Efficacy and Impact of Micro-coils for Cerebral Aneurysms of Daily Living
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of micro-coils for treatment and the incidence of compli-cations of cerebral aneurysms. Methods:A retrospective analysis in August 2014-February 2016 the clinical data in our hospital coil thrombolytic therapy in patients with cerebral aneurysms,and Guglielmi micro spring according to the treatment used in the process of divided differences microcoil ring set and mechanical detacha-ble microcoil groups. Observation of the therapeutic effect of two groups of patients,NIHSS score,differences in activities of daily living, the incidence of complications. Results: Mechanical detachable microcoil group recanalization rate was 86.2%;Guglielmi microcoil group recanalization rate Guglielmi microcoil group,there was no significant difference between the two groups ( P>0.05);Two groups of patients before treatment NIH-SS score was no significant difference after treatment,both groups of patients with NIHSS scores than those be-fore treatment (P <0.05); After treatment of eating, bathing, modification, dressing and other activities of daily living score was no significant difference ( P> 0.05); Guglielmi detachable microcoil aneurysm patients and then broke,coil prolapse and cerebral vasospasm were significantly lower than mechanical detachable mi-crocoil group,the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05) . Conclusion: Guglielmi detachable coils and micro-mechanical detachable microcoil of cerebral aneurysms have a better therapeutic effect, and Guglielmi detachable microcoil complication rate,with better clinical value.关键词
