127例甲状腺手术患者术中喉返神经显露对术后并发症的影响观察
Observation on the Effect of Intraoperative Recurrent Laryngeal Nerve Exposure on Postoperative Complications in 127 Patients Undergoing Thyroid Operation

Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of recurrent laryngeal nerve exposure on postoperative com-plications in 127patients undergoing thyroid operation. Methods:127 cases of patients who underwent thyroid operation in our hospital from September 2011 to September 2015 were selected and randomized into observa-tion group and control group. 67 patients in the control group did not exposed the recurrent laryngeal nerve in operation while 60 cases in the observation group exposed the recurrent laryngeal nerve in operation. The oper-ation time,intropaerative blood loss,length of hospital stay and other operation indexes and the incidence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups. Results:The operation time of the obser-vation group [(106.31±13.48) min] was significantly longer than that of the control group [(95.61±12.82) min] (P < 0.05);The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group (4.47%) was lower than that in the control group (18.33%) (P < 0.05). Conclusion:The time of intraoperative exposure of re-current laryngeal nerve in patients undergoing thyroid operation is relatively longer, but it can effectively re-duce the incidence of postoperative complications and reduce the pain of patients. It is of application and pro-motion value in thyroid operation in the future.关键词
