口腔正畸改建术联合康复新液治疗错颌畸形患者的疗效及对龈沟液RANKL OPG的影响
Effect of Oral Orthodontic Reconstruction Combined with Kangfuxin Liquid in Treating Wrong Jaw Deformity and Its Effect on RANKL and OPG in Gingival Crevicular Fluid

Abstract
Objective:To study the effect of oral orthodontic reconstruction combined with Kangfuxin liquid in the treatment of wrong jaw deformity and its effect on RANKL and OPG in gingival crevicular fluid. Methods:78 patients with wrong jaw deformity were choosen in our hospital from August 2015 to July 2016,those patients were divided into observation group and control group according to the order of admission. The control group used oral orthodontic reconstruction,the observation group were given Kangfu new liquid on the basis of control group to complete the treatment. The clinical efficacy, toothache degree, gingival crevicular fluid RANKL,OPG levels and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results:The total ef-fective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group [92.31% (36/39) vs 66.67% (26/39)] (P <0.05). The degree of toothache in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group ( P <0.05) . The level of RANKL in the gingival crevicular fluid was significantly lower than that in the control group [(45.87 ± 4.12) ug / L VS(84.86 ± 8.32) ug / L] (P <0.05),and the OPG level was significantly higher than that in the control group [(275.32 ± 21.56 ) Ug / L VS(135.98 ± 11.43) ug / L] ( P <0.05) . There was no significant difference in the adverse reaction rate between the ob-servation group and the control group [(23.08% (9/39) vs 28.21% (11/39)] (P >0.05). Conclusion:O-ral orthodontic reconstruction combined with Kangfenxin solution can effectively reduce the concentration of RANKL in gingival crevicular fluid, increase the concentration of OPG, alleviate the pain of patients, and have good clinical curative effect.关键词
