肺上叶切除术后单双胸管引流的疗效与安全性分析
Analysis of the Efficacy and Safety of one or Two Chest Deains after Upper Lobectomy of Lung
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To compare the effect of single-tube drainage with that of two-tube drainage after upper lobectomy of lung. Methods:A total of 80 patients conforming to the including standard were randomly classified into a single-tube drainage group and a two-tube drainage group, consisting of 40 patients respec-tively. Clinical and surgical variables were collected prospectively. Results: There were no significant differ-ences detected between the groups in relation to the amount of drainage or duration of drainage and other issues studied ( P>0.05) . But patients of single-tube drainage group had significantly lower pain scores from the sec-ond day to the fourth day after surgery,and also in two weeks( P<0.05) . Conclusion:Single-tube drainage is as safe and effective as two-tube drainage after upper lobectomy of lung. Moreover,single-tube drainage can relieve the postoperative pain for patients.关键词
