PDCA循环管理模式在医养结合护理质量持续改进中的应用
Study on the Application of PDCA Circulation Management Mode in Continuous Improvement of Nursing Quality in Combination of Medicine and Nursing

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the application of PDCA circulation management mode in continu-ous improvement of nursing quality in combination of medicine and nursing. Methods:172 cases of elderly pa-tients who were admitted to the hospital in the"medical" or"foster" state were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the experiment group with 86 cases in each group. After admission,the patients in the control group were given the mode of combining medical care with old-age care,and routine safety nursing methods were adopted;the experimental group received the nursing service after the PDCA circulation man-agement mode on the basis of the control group. The service attitude, professional level, ward management,health education,nursing quality,satisfaction degree,assessment and safety incident were compared between the two groups. Results: After the intervention, two groups of nursing evaluation scores were significantly higher ( P < 0.05);the experimental group of PDCA cycle management service attitude,service level, ward management and health education nursing evaluation was significantly better than the control group ( P < 0. 05);compared with the control group, the experimental group "critically ill patients, nursing ward manage-ment,nursing safety," the high degree of recognition;and hospital service satisfaction index was significantly higher ( P < 0.05) . At the same time,the test group security incident rate is low ( P < 0.05) . Conclusion:Applying PDCA circulation management mode to carry out high quality nursing can provide the high quality,safety and satisfactory nursing service for patients with medical and nursing support. It can continuously im-prove satisfaction and clinical nursing quality for patients.关键词
