Abstract
Objective:To construct the evaluation system of the training effect of nurses in diabetes mel-litus,and to determine the weight of indicators at all levels. Methods: Using the Delphi method to Koch ' s model theory as a guide, using the analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of the primary indica-tors,using the weight method to determine the weight of two, three indicators. Results: The weights of the first-level indicators are: reaction layer 0. 116, learning layer 0. 156, behavior layer 0. 400, result layer 0. 326, and the primary index weight of the logical consistency test CR are less than 0.1. (0.084),the radiation effect (0.081),the theoretical knowledge (0.078),the skill operation (0.076),the higher the weight of the secondary index. Conclusion:Based on the Kocher model,the weight and significance of the evaluation sys-tem of the training effect of the nurses in diabetes mellitus have certain scientificity,which can provide refer-ence for the training effect of diabetes mellitus nurses.关键词
